-No guests, other than those set forth in the reservation, are allowed on the property.

- Person making the reservation must be the person who is staying in the house.
-The Estate is not to be used as an event venue. No parties, private functions, loud gatherings, or illegal activities are allowed. If you are found to have a party or gathering, you will be fined $1,000.
